Introduction

It can be both bewildering and overwhelming to choose the right therapist to help you make the most progress in therapy. Having a good fit with your therapist can help you feel more at ease, find it easier to open up about your thoughts and feelings, listen actively to suggestions and address your problems innovatively.

My approach to therapy is underpinned by my passion & genuine interest in helping people make effective changes and transform their lives. I focus on the person as a whole rather than problems to be treated, an individual rather than another case, and I seek to understand what has happened to them rather than what is wrong with them.

I offer a warm and friendly professional attitude towards all of my clients. As it can be a bit nerve wracking if not daunting to meet your therapist for the first time, I try and think of how I would like to be treated myself if coming to therapy, and what would help me to start to build a relationship and trust my therapist.
