Introduction

Whatever your reasons for considering therapy; finding the right therapist is crucial. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your needs and the personal circumstances that have brought you to therapy. We will look at what you hope to gain and how we may work together to help you to achieve your goals. If you do decide to continue onto ongoing therapy I offer weekly sessions or twice a week sessions.

I am an integrative psychotherapist and my approach fits around the needs and personal circumstances of each person I work with. Integrative psychotherapy combines elements drawn from different schools of psychological theory and research. My practice is predominately informed by psychodynamic, relational and attachment theory. I draw on ideas from humanistic and CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and all of my work is underpinned with a trauma informed model.
