Introduction

I am a COSRT certified and Snr: Accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. Working with couples and individuals I also specialise in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour.

I have worked for Relate and at present work for two NHS Trusts as a Psychosexual Therapist.

I help adults of all ages, from all backgrounds, cultures and sexual or gender identities.

The therapy involves us working together to understand and overcome a wide range of relationship and psychosexual difficulties including sexual compulsivity and problematic pornography use.

I work with many different issues and difficulties. Some common presentations I work with include conflict, communication, erectile dysfunction, loss of desire, vaginismus and dyspareunia (painful sexual intercourse).

I use an integrative model of therapy drawing on various therapeutic approaches and tools to suit the clients individual needs as everyone is different. My modalities are Cognitive behaviour Therapy (CBT), Systemic and Psychodynamic.

I help both individuals and couples to understand and explore the difficulties they are experiencing in their relationships or sex lives in order for them to overcome them while building confidence, learning new skills and gaining insight to help them enjoy healthy relationships and sex lives.
